General Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern the car rental services provided by Aboyaacar, a car rental agency based in Agadir, Morocco.

2. Rental Conditions

The renter must be at least 21 years old. For certain vehicles (luxury, sports), the minimum age may be raised to 25. A valid driving license is required.

3. Reservation

Reservations are requested via our website and confirmed via WhatsApp or in agency. A reservation is not final until confirmed by an Aboyaacar agent and after the required documents are verified.

4. Rates and Payment

No payments are processed on this website. The final rate is confirmed by the agent during booking. Payment is made upon vehicle pickup in cash, by credit card, or by bank transfer.

5. Insurance

All vehicles are covered by basic third-party liability insurance. The renter may opt for comprehensive insurance at an additional cost.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup date. After this period, cancellation fees may apply.

7. Fuel

The vehicle is delivered with a full tank of fuel. The renter agrees to return it with the same fuel level.
